VIP Payroll and HR Support Consultant
Place of Work: Nairobi, Kenya
Basic Function:
The Payroll and Human Resource Support Consultant will be
responsible for handling payroll consulting at Sage VIP Payroll& HR.
This includes understanding the client’s business requirements,
designing systems, software configuration, creation of customised reports and
continuous self improvement.
In addition, the candidate will be expected to train new
software users, manage projects and implement systems, carry out module
implementations and offer support services like VIP email and telephone
support.
The candidate must be able to work and handle high stress levels
and volumes of work.
In addition, the candidate must be an independent worker, good
communicator, innovator, creative, assertive, patient and with a passion for
consulting.
Occasional travel to regional countries and South Africa will be
required.

Experience, Education and Knowledge
- Bachelors
Degree in Business, Commerce or any relevant field
- Four
(4) years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Payroll
and HR Experience will be an added advantage
