Job Holder Specifications

Formal Education:
  • A Bachelor of Arts Degree in Land Economics or its approved equivalent from a recognized University or, a Degree in a related field including Business Administration or commerce.
Experience: Served for a minimum of 5 years in a large or a medium sized corporate estate agency.

Age: Should be in age bracket of 30-40 yrs.

Personal Qualities and duties
  • Gained wide experience in Selling, Purchasing and letting of commercial and residential buildings.
  • Developing and growing real estate business. Must have good Marketing skills.
  • Experience in Management of Buildings for clients.
  • Attend to routine real estate housekeeping matters.
  • Establishment of effective process systems to achieve the company’s objectives
  • Drawing up and reviewing lease agreements, following up on conveyancing.
  • Be responsible for the proper use of the resources, training and development of real estate staff.
  • Overall management and co-ordination of the activities of the maintenance of the buildings and equipments.
  • Discussing and networking with planning authorities /local authorities/lands with regard to licenses.
  • Advising management on  real estate development  including building construction, Sale and lease-back options, Mortgages, Project finance etc
