Our client, the UN SACCO wishes to fill the following two key positions in their organization:

 

Credit Officer

As Head of department, he/she will formulate, review and implement the SACCO's policies, procedures and regulations on processing and recovery of loans, grow a high quality loan asset portfolio, monitor/control loans, risk and compliance. 

He/she will generate defaulters' reports, institute recovery measures, provide technical advice to management and prepare credit reports.
 

Applicants should hold Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Coop Management or Finance with a Diploma in Credit Management or Certified Credit Professional and at least three years working experience in a similar position in a deposit taking SACCO or financial institution. 

Candidates should be conversant with the current SACCO legislations, have high degree of integrity and be team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.   
 

Marketing Specialist

The selected candidate will develop and implement the SACCO's marketing, business development and brand strategies, undertake market research, promote members' and customers' recruitment drive and carry out high quality customer care services.
 

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized university, a Diploma or Certificate in Marketing. 

 They should have minimum five years marketing experience gained in SACCO or financial institutions as well as high level of proficiency in customer care services.
