The following vacancy has arisen in our facility in Karuri, Kenya.

Regulatory Affairs Assistant

Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, the successful candidate will be responsible for the assisting in day to day administrative duties in the Regulatory Affairs Department.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:-
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience with registration of pharmaceutical products in Africa including knowledge of research methodologies and requirements for compilation of dossiers
  • Working knowledge of registration requirements
  • Candidates with an educational background and experience in the technical sciences will have a distinct advantage
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies / Business Administration is an added but not essential advantage
  • Proficiency in MS - Office application packages is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, with strong communication, organisational and planning skills
