modalities and implement to ensure they are optimising the value of the
hospital goals .
- Work
with the entire staff ensuring they achieves the hospitals objectives
- Provide
Leadership to the hospital
- Good
strategic planning and implementation.
- Able to
facilitate and Cope with change and operating difficulties.
