IT Manager
Job Purpose

- A
University degree in IT or related field.
- MSCE,
CCNA, highly required.
- Hands
on Experience on Server administration, ERP systems, Database servers,
Mail servers, Web Programming and Backup Systems.
- Minimum
of 5 years’ experience in a busy environment preferably the hospitality
industry with at least 2 years in a managerial post.
- Excellent
communication, analytical, planning and reporting skills.
Golf Course & Estate Supervisor
Background and scope
Directs, manages and ensures proper maintenance and the development of Karen Country Club golf course and estate.
This is a professional position involving managerial responsibilities and advanced technical knowledge in golf course design and maintenance but must also anticipate and implement all golf course maintenance practices as such, this is a “hands on” position requiring participation in many daily tasks while managing the ground staff.

Qualifications and Experience
- Formal
Qualifications in Green keeping/ Turf Management
- At
least 5years’ experience in green keeping gained at a selection of top
class golf courses.
- Must be
a Certified Agrochemicals user and possess training in Health and Safety.
- Knowledge
on the game of golf
- Knowledge
of the use of turf and landscaping equipment including tractors, mowers,
strimmers, electric motors, pumps, sprinklers and Irrigation systems with
particular emphasis on Toro machines.
- Experience
in preparation of courses to PGA tournament standards and maintenance of
sand based greens
- Experience
in building tees, greens and bunkers
- Excellent
communication, analytical, planning and reporting skills.
