This position exists to position eManage Africa in the African market and
beyond by ensuring brand visibility and brand sustainability through various
sales and marketing strategies. We are looking for a dynamic, driven individual

Job Purpose

Responsibilities:
The candidate will have a primary responsibility for sales and new business development.
Specifically they will be responsible for:
- Generating
and closing sales leads
- Developing
new business
- Preparation
of presentations, proposals and quotations
- Negotiating
contracts.
- Managing
service delivery expectations of existing clients

- Identify,
develop, and close new opportunities for business that result in
substantial incremental in revenue and margins in eManage Africa.
- Identify,
pursue, and close business opportunities that leverage the company success
and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare
proposals, presentations and quotations to prospective clients with input
from the team and follow through to attain sales from the clients.
- Become
the trusted advisor on solutions that address the client's business
challenges.
- Participate
with the sales organization in account planning and strategic positioning.
- Identify
and develop professional relationships with key client executives;
identify opportunities to create client satisfaction while utilizing
eManage Africa services.
- Work
with clients (both existing and new) to develop solutions that either
solve a business problem or generate new revenue opportunities
- Engage
resources and leads the strategy to develop a client-specific solutions to
improve service delivery
- Provide
the business rationale and risk assessment to management for making
investments in the account to develop business.
- Build
supportive, flexible teams and manage productivity in the sales and
marketing department
- Plan
and deliver quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily sales.
- Gather
Market intelligence information and forecasting to increase capacity and
revenues
- Customer
service through relations management; manage client’s calls, schedule
meetings with clients, explain the pricing of products to clients and
other charges incurred in data management.
- Coordinate
and manage the channels of distribution. Deliver the regions budget of
sales
- Planning
and delivering Quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily sales.
- Ensure
market coverage of eManage Africa’s products; organize and manage the
eManage Africa brand; carry out market campaigns; negotiate for
incremental business in Kenya and beyond.

intelligence gathering; understand trends in the Records Management
Industry and link these to eManage Africa’s business model; advise
management on changes in the business environment

Qualifications and Experience:
- A
first degree in Business Administration or a business related field with a
bias in Sales & Marketing
- Over
three years experience in Sales & Marketing in a busy work environment
- Hands
on experience in dealing with clients
- Proven
experience in service sales.
- Technical
sales training will be an added advantage
- Self
starter with a goal oriented outlook and passion for sales.
- A
comprehensive understanding of information technology and/or records
management will be an added advantage.
