1. Financial Controller
Scope: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Financial Controller will ensure effective and continuous improvement of financial control systems, procedures and policies in the organization.
She/he will also be expected to maintain accurate financial records, timely

Personal attributes and qualifications:
- Age
35 - 50 years
- Strategic
Financial Management Skills.
- Bachelors
Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA (K) or (ACCA)
- At
least 8 years relevant work experience, 5 of
which should be at a senior management level in a busy business oriented enterprise.
- A
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics from a
recognized University in Kenya is an added advantage.
- Experience
in Budgeting especially in Government systems will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge
of computer accounting packages.
- Team
leader with good interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- Ability
to work with minimum supervision and meet organisation's financial
targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating
and reviewing finance and accounting procedures and policies.
- Ensuring
effective management and utilization of resources and assets.
- Ensuring
preparation of timely and accurate financial accounts in line with
approved Budgets.
- Ensuring
timely preparation and presentation of financial statements to the CEO and
the Board.
- Ensuring
maintenance of accurate records and management of budgets and budgetary
controls.
- Maintaining
day-to-day, internal controls of accounting systems.
- Develop
and implement strategies relating to overall financial management of the
organization.
Head of Corporate Planning and Administration
Scope: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Corporate Planning and Administration shall take lead in Budget planning, Strategic Planning and in the identification and development of new business opportunities in line with the corporate strategic Plan.
She/ He will also perform the overall responsibility for Human Resources and Administrative functions of the Corporation including Performance Contracting.
Personal Attributes and Qualifications:
Scope: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Corporate Planning and Administration shall take lead in Budget planning, Strategic Planning and in the identification and development of new business opportunities in line with the corporate strategic Plan.
She/ He will also perform the overall responsibility for Human Resources and Administrative functions of the Corporation including Performance Contracting.
Personal Attributes and Qualifications:
- Age
35 - 50 years
- Bachelor's
degree in Economics, Commerce, Human Resource or Business Administration
- A
masters Degree in relevant field is an added advantage.
- At
least 8 years relevant work experience, 5 of which should be in Planning
and Administration or in any senior position.
- Planning
and analytical skills is desirable as well as understanding the budgetary
process.
- Should
possess Corporate Strategic Management skills.
- Should
understand the Human Resources and Administrative issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for monitoring and evaluating overall performance of the Corporation as
per the Performance contract.
- Lead
the preparations and monitoring of Budgets for the Corporation.
- Periodically
reviewing the Corporation's business enterprises and making appropriate
recommendations and records.
- Coordinating
of the Human Resource and Administrative functions of the Corporation.
- Liaising
with departmental heads to ensure compliance with the Corporate Strategic
Plan and Budgets.
3. Human Resource Manager
Scope: Reporting to the Head of Corporate Planning and Administration, the Human Resource Manager will spearhead the implementation and review of human resource policies and procedures in the Corporation.

- A
degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or Business Management
from a recognized university.

masters' degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences (Human
Resources Management option) and/or Diploma in Human Resource Management
is an added advantage.
- A
good understanding and knowledge of the Kenyan Labour Laws and experience
in handling labour relations.
- Must
have excellent hands-on experience in Human Resource Management Information
Systems packages (HRMIS).
- Be
of high integrity and ability to meet stringent deadlines.
- Have
at least 8 years relevant work experience, 5 of which should be at senior
management level in a busy business oriented environment.
- Be
a member of a relevant professional body.
Duties and responsibilities
- Liaise
with the Head of Corporate Planning and Administration in development and
implementation of Human Resource work plans, wages reviews and evaluate
work methods and procedures.
- Manage
employees' records on recruitment, training, promotions, transfers,
performance reviews, disciplinary process and terminations.
- Coordinate
Human Resources planning, training and development.
- Assist
the Head of Corporate Planning and Administration in development and
implementation of competitive and sustainable reward policies and systems.
- Facilitate
consultations and/or negotiations with the labour union and ensure
harmonious relationships with the employees and their elected
representatives.
- Handle
all human resource issues including attendance and/or absenteeism, leave,
recruitment, pension/retirement benefits and coordinate performance
management activities.
- Facilitate
the formulation and review of all relevant Human Resource policies in line
with the new labour laws and enhance good HR management practices
exemplified by teamwork, recognition, etc.
- Develop
and implement staff welfare initiatives.
4. Technical Manager Strategy Implementation & Planning
Scope: Reporting to the Head of Technical, the Technical Manager Strategy Implementation & Planning will lead and implement the process of strategy development and business planning.
Personal attributes and Qualifications:

oral and written communication skills.
- Strong
sense of responsibility and ability to meet strict deadlines with
attention to quality.
- Clear
demonstration of strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven
ability to contribute to strategy formulation and track record in leading
substantial planning activity.
- Strong
research, problem solving, decision making and organization skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support
in developing, monitoring and reporting corporation's strategic,
operational plans and performance contract.
- Analyze
and monitor business performance, industry trends, existing or new
regulatory requirements and their impact on Business operations.
- Carry
out feasibility studies, market and competitor analysis to determine
viability of all corporation's projects.
- Make
recommendations on alternative courses of action, including risk
assessment, capital investment, acquisitions and expansion at the
corporate level;
- Identify
strategic and operational opportunities and risks and advise the
management on an appropriate course of action;
- Develop,
implement and maintain a budget planning process and carry out monitoring
and evaluation of corporation's projects.
- Maximize
the linkage between planning and business development by forging and
maintaining key relationships with al) departments.
