The Centre for Mathematics, Science and Technology Education in Africa (CEMASTEA) is an institution under the Ministry of Education that offers In-Service Education and Training (INSET) for Mathematics and Science Teachers in Kenya.

The Centre also serves as a Regional INSET Centre for Strengthening of Mathematics and Science Education in Western, Eastern, Central and Southern Africa (SMASE WECSA) for 34 African countries.   • Coordinating the purchase of supplies for the department with vendors;
  • Maintain a filing system in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Maintain office supply inventories and order supplies as necessary;
  • Receive approved requisitions and prepare and dispatch LPO’s as needed for goods and services;
  • Maintaining registers of Receipt and issued stores from the central store;

  • CPA ( II) and above or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

  • Basic training in security matters;
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a similar position;
