Our client is looking for IT Sales people.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.
  • determining what their business requirements are, whether the products or services being considered are suitable.
  • Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs.
  • answering any technical questions the client might have.
  • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client

Skills required
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge, and a keen interest in IT issues
  • Initiative
  • Presentation skills
  • The ability to interpret technical language for non-technical people
  • The ability to write reports and proposals
  • The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
  • Negotiating skills
  • The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
  • A diploma in information technology.
  • Qualifications in sales and marketing or a related field an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position with proven sales skills.
  • Sales background where products or services sold have been ‘hard sell’.
  • Ability to network, communicate comfortably
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems to achieve desired results.
