Job Responsibilities
- Management
of medical schemes and establishes a holistic vision and strategy for
sales, implementation and service, delivering profitable growth,
competitive advantage and customer satisfaction.
- To
work closely with the Directors and staff to ensure the provision of
excellent care provision to service users.
- To
work within the requirements of the registering authority and company
policy guidelines and practices.
- Responsible
for the general welfare of the service users and the provision of
activities to suit as many individual tastes as possible.
- Develop
a strong and mature leadership team. Provide vision, strategy, goals &
objectives, coaching and feedback, professional communication, trainings,
internal and external relationship support.
- Attract
and retain key talent. Build and sustain a mature and well-trained team,
experienced and excellent in execution. Provide coaching to help grow and
strengthen individual and team execution skills.
- Create
an environment to foster employee engagement, diversity, accountability,
team work, professional development, and high levels of employee
satisfaction. Lead and build a performance driven culture of integrity and
compliance.
- Develop
and communicate performance objectives for direct reports, analyze
achievements.
- Drive
and implement business initiatives to trigger growth.
- Establish
and optimize operational processes. Drive operating mechanisms to ensure
behavior consistent with integrity & compliance policies, quality
systems, and quality requirements.
- Provide
senior support in closing strategic deals and managing customer
escalations.
- Drive
analysis of competition and market activities and effectively utilize key
industry information and market intelligence to gain competitive advantage
and grow share.
- Drive
active cooperation with other branches to create competitive advantage for
the company
- Build
long-term relationship with key growth customers and provide leadership
and direction in strategic customers interface.
- Build
a collaborative environment, which values focus, accountability for results
and teamwork to the overall benefit of customers.
- Create
and leverage influential networks & relationship in the region to
predict market behavior and external drivers.
Requirements
- B.Com
Degree or a related Business Administration degree.
- Masters
in business is an added advantage
- Extensive,
progressive business leadership experience.
- Proven
ability to lead, influence and collaborate. Experienced in leading through
leaders
- Demonstrated
experience in aggressively and successfully growing a business.
- Strong
business acumen and management experience. Including the ability to
effectively direct the business’s overall operations in order to maximize
revenues and profit.
- Strong
financial acumen and in-depth knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Ability
to inspire a business culture that is centered on growth, development of
best practices, continuous improvement, and success.
- Strong
customer focus and the ability to build rapport at all levels
internally/externally.
- Strong
communication skills, including the ability to communicate at senior
business levels, and the ability to synthesize complex issues and
communicate into simple messages.
- Proven
ability to effectively communicate across a distributed workforce..
- Fluent
English.
- Experience
across multiple functional areas such as sales, marketing, product
development, implementation, service.
- Successful
record of growing revenue and profitability.
- Knowledge
of the Healthcare/IT Industry and the ability to translate that knowledge
into a business strategy that ensures business success.
