• Technical:
1. Very good in any RDBMS and writing SQL queries
2. Good experience in Crystal Reports
3. Experience to working on Web based applications.
• Domain / Functional:
1. Prior exposure to working on any ERP application/product in Human Resource Management systems is an added advantage
• General:
1. Good experience in software development life cycle and testing methodologies
2. Good working knowledge on Process methodologies
3. Good communication, analytical, problem solving skills
