In Kenya we are specializing in offering Business Finance solutions through lending to Micro Enterprises. We are seeking self motivated, passionate, energetic and qualified individuals to fill our Vacant Positions below;
Job Title: Loan Officers – Micro Enterprise Finance (Kisumu & Meru)
Job Purpose: Contribute to organizational success by growing own portfolio of quality clients/customer
Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new customers/ clients and sell loan products to new customers
  • Appraise new credit applications and recommend for loan disbursement worthiness
  • Monitor, review and report loan performances for existing customers and actions
  • Compile reports related to own functions for management use
  • Manage risk and credit exposures against the company
  • Manage client relationship to ensure strategic corporation with the company
Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Commercial studies or a recognized professional certification relevant to this role/field
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, (i.e. related to selling loans, or sales)
  • Added advantage 2 years experience working in a micro financing institutions/ banking
Job Title: Operational Clerk (Meru)
Job Purpose: To ensure standards pertaining to marketing and customer service are exceeded and that every opportunity of selling a variety of products to a customer is maximized, ensuring that products are met.
Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure that set standards pertaining Marketing and Customer Service are exceeded.
  • To ensure that every opportunity to generate sales leads to the Sales Consultants and Loan Officers are maximized.
  • To ensure the generation of leads through superior Customer Service to Walk in Clients, Existing Clients and Telephonic Enquiries.
  • To form the support base for Loan Officers and all other Staff within the Branch
  • To form a link between Head Office and other branch staff and to assist Branch Staff and Head Office in solving queries
  • Capturing and Verification of All Loan Application and Information.
  • To ensure that production targets are met through rendering effective backup and support services to all Branch Staff.
  • To effect healthy administrative processes within the branch.
  • Assess and provide feedback on customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
  • A Diploma/Degree in a Business related field especially in Business Management/Administration, Marketing or Sociology
  • 4 Years administrative experience.
  • Call Centre experience a plus
  • Good communication/listening skills, customer service focused and assertive.
  • Excellent Computer Skills

Salary: Negotiable Basic Salary + Incentives
