Responsibilities

  • Finance reconciliation reports
  • Monthly receipt confirmation
  • Daily Mpesa and debit/credit card payment reports
  • Monthly Item summary report
  • Monthly stock take
  • Staff Commission report
  • Provide administrative support
  • Other Assigned tasks

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s in Financial Accounting, CPA, or relevant qualification
  • Financial reporting skills
  • Experience in QuickBooks/Sage
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to work on strict deadlines
  • Administrative skills
  • Incredible attention to detail to catch errors
  • Excellent communication skills
