Job description:
- Receiving new stock and taking photos.
- Loading with riders and courier service
providers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensuring an effective stock-taking
process.
- Ensuring shelves are well arranged and
stocked.
- Communicating with customers to
ensure timely pick-ups.
- Record sales and keep track of sold
items.
- General housekeeping.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of
the shop.
- Patiently and persuasively handling
customers.
- Communicating issues in a timely manner.
- Team player.
- Serving clients.
- And any other duties that may be
assigned.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in sales and marketing or
customer service or any other related field.
- A minimum of One (1) year of experience.
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
