Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive
Inventory delivered to the warehouse observing Quality and Quantity as
guided by SOP.
- Assign
appropriate sections within the warehouse for the physical placement of
Inventory and update the System accordingly.
- Prepare inter
branch Inventory orders to ensure proper stock holding.
- Monitor stock
levels and report on parts that are running low in the warehouse during
routine duties.
- Reconcile
Inventory against transactions and compare physical quantities with book
quantities, initiating necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular
physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the
warehouse is well-arranged to optimize efficiency.
- Make necessary
requests to management for support in warehouse operations when required.
- Maintain
security of inventory and other asset within the warehouse.
- Ensure
cleanliness and tidiness is maintained in the warehouse.
- Analyze stock
holding to inform management of appropriate actions regarding stocks.
- Assist in the
preparation of management reports on Warehouse Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs).
- Perform any
other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Required
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree/Diploma
in Business Management/Mechanical or related.
- 2 years of
experiences in Auto Parts Sales, warehouse, inventory control with 2 years
in a similar capacity.
- In-depth
knowledge of Auto Parts.
- Excellent
customer service skills.
- Good
communication skills.
- Computer
literate.
