Job Purpose
To
ensure cleanliness, hygiene for all equipment and environment in all food
preparation, service, and storage areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all preparation/cooking/service
area and equipment are well cleaned and sanitized before use.
- Ensure proper food storage and
cleanliness in all the food stores and fridges.
- Prepare monthly breakages and damages
report and submit to the supervisor/chef.
- Informing the supervisor/ chef of any
items/detergents used in your section that are running out of stock to be
re-ordered.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and
disposal.
- Draft monthly duty Rota with colleagues
and present it the Chef.
Requirements
- At least Certificate in hospitality.
- At least 1 year of experience in a busy
hospitality organization.
- Must have strong work ethics.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team
player.
- Flexible and can work under pressure with
minimum supervision.
- Disciplined and well groomed.
- Desire for personal development,
improvement, and learning.
