Sales Executive Job in Kenya – Vehicles

A Leading international Manufacturer of Automobiles, Buses, Trucks and Motorcycles is seeking to fill the following Position

Position: Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Job Description: The Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing the company’s products; compiling and providing the sales manager with appropriate information; planning, coordinating and controlling the daily activities regarding commercial and technical sales matters; handling customer complaints; setting sales targets and carrying out sales forecasts and territory planning for the department.

Roles / Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets assigned by the management;
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle customer’s complaints or objections;
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;
  • Working closely with the dealers &channel partners;
  • Support in any other task as directed by management,

Skills & Qualifications;


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business-related field
  • 2-5 years work experience.
  • Ability to fluently communicate in English & Kiswahili.
  • Training skills to impart technical knowledge to others
  • Problem solving and fix it right first-time attitude.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance
  • Willing to travel
  • Working in a similar industry is an added advantage.

Location: Nairobi & Mombasa

Remuneration: Competitive retainer + commission
