Job Title: Sales Executive
Electricity and water utility
costs are the second largest expense for property owners and the ability to
manage and effectively control these costs is critical to increasing net
operating income.
Our company offers pre-paid
utility submetering for residential and commercial properties.
Submetering is the only fair
way to allocate utility costs amongst residents of multi-dwelling properties.
The Role: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the position holder
will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals within
assigned territory. The successful candidate will have experience selling to
landlords & property managers with a proven record of success.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and selling Company’s products and services to
customers through field visits, in house calls, internet, and other
marketing channels.
- Drive demand for the company’s product portfolio
- Create market awareness for the company’s product
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with
clients.
- Keep a keen eye on market trends and the competition.
- Reviewing sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly
basis
Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing / business related field or
social science course.
- At least 2 years working experience in a similar role –
preferably in solar and electricity.
- Must have experience using internet and social media to do
marketing
- Able to meet set sales target within the timeframe
- Must have good negotiation skills and ability to close sales
deals
Remunerations
- Retainer + Attractive Commission
- Weekly Transport & Airtime Facilitation
