Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem
or reason for calling.
- Provide information about the company to any
potential client with inquiry across the available multiple channels.
- Track review customer complaints till
resolution.
- Handle complex and escalated customer service
issues across the available Multi-channel.
- Assisting customers to find the goods and
products they are looking for on-site.
- Giving advice and guidance on product
selection to customers.
- Dealing with customer refunds and exchange requests.
- Working within established guidelines,
particularly with brands.
- Proactively taking up tasks and any other
duties assigned to you, where needed, as stipulated in the contract.
Qualifications and skill set
- Degree / Diploma in Customer care, Business
Administration (Customer Care specialization)
- MUST be service oriented and passionate about
serving customers.
- Possess strong oral and written communication
skills.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Outstanding organization and planning skills.
- Self-driven with high level of integrity and
professionalism.
- Ability to build customer relationships and
provide customer service.
- Previous experience with working in a Call
center will be an added advantage.
Online Ads Manager

Company is looking for an online ad manager to join our quickly growing

We have a deep focus on PPC
advertising for order generation.
We manage millions in annual ad spend
generating hundreds of orders daily for our wider array of categories.
You must have Google AdWords
Certification, an experience of more than 2 years & a proven track record
of managing online ad (PPC) campaigns with a focus on lead generation and CPA
optimization.
The Role: You will be responsible for managing multiple category
ad accounts across Google, Bing, Facebook and other ad networks as
required.
These accounts will be your babies
and you’ll take pride in performing daily maintenance on them to optimize
results and help them grow.
You will provide thought leadership
on search strategies and optimization; builds strong relationships and
establishes clear lines of communication with other business units, partners
and internal staff members.
You are analytical and use problem
solving capabilities to assure flawless program execution to meet and exceed
stated objectives.
The Requirements
The Requirements
- MINIMUM 2 years’ experience optimizing online
ad campaigns for lead generation.
- You MUST have Google Adwords & Analytics
Specialist Certification, Hubspot certification will be a great piece to
have in your quiver too, among the many others in this area.
- In-depth knowledge of Google AdWords and Bing
Ads is a must, with working knowledge of Yahoo Gemini and at least one
Paid Search management platform (e.g. DoubleClick, Marin & bonus
points for Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, RTB, or others).
- Manages the daily work flow & execution of
all projects utilizing best practices and strategies
- Oversees bid management, campaign builds, and
& ad copy developed by in-house content team
- Creates and executes digital account
strategies and showcases learnings through reports, case studies, and
blogs
- Understands search engine optimization best
practices and articulates knowledge through collaboration with SEO team
- Effectively owns Business Unit relationship
and is responsible for creating and delivering presentations
- Provides thought leadership to clients in
search and how it can integrate with other marketing channels
- Commands data analysis of key metrics to
identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance
of client programs
- Moves program forward by proposing new tests,
tactics, and strategies to ensure innovation remember this is a growing
market in Kenya, new players (competitors) are coming in daily, so you
have to make sure we beat them.
- Manages budgeting, forecasting, and flighting
- Provides excellent communication via phone,
emails and direct contact
Team Leadership & Development
- Embraces and encourages a culture based on
team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
- Assists in training and developing team
members
- Provides support and mentorship to associate
media manager working on account
Process Improvement
- Assists in the development and documentation
of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team
and the group
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business,
marketing, or advertising preferred
- High competency level in MS Office with
specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and a perfectionist mentality.
- You’re self-motivated and require no
management (but love hearing suggestions)
- You enjoy problem solving and thinking
creatively.
- You take pride in seeing your actions
accomplish set goals.
- You’re secretly (or outwardly) nerdy and this
all sounds fun!
The Fine Print
- Office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm but you may
have to work longer from time to time.
- Compensation is based on experience and hard
work IS rewarded
