Our client is a real estate company
that offers professional services including Agency, Property Management,
Consultancy, and successful Relocations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Visiting potential / existing customers to
demonstrate all the services and products Customary activities
of a Real Estate salesman including but not limited to showing properties
to clients, selling and letting of the same, solicitation of new listings/
developments and signing them on, acquiring tenants and buyers
- knowledge of geographical areas of practice
such as Westlands, CBD etc
- consultancy, professional services that they
may practice such as valuations, relocations, feasibility studies, market
research, credit advisory and others, following on ad placements with
media partners,
Knowledge and Skills:
- Graduated in Real Estate or other, diploma
also acceptable
- Minimum experience of 2 1/2 years with proven
track record
- Integrity, professionalism, maturity and
discipline
- Age 27-35
