We are a leading pharmaceutical distributor in Kenya, seeking to hire a motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing team. The Telesales Representative will play a critical role in promoting our product portfolio and ensuring exceptional customer service among other duties as listed below:
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships
with healthcare professionals (HCPs) by effectively processing customer
orders, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing exceptional
customer service.
- Provide in-depth product
education about our pharmaceutical offerings, highlighting clinical
benefits for specific patient population.
- Address unmet medical needs by
offering scientific information and data on our medications via remote
channels.
- Collaborate with HCPs to optimize
patient care through virtual medication adherence programs and disease
management initiatives.
- Actively solicit and analyze customer
feedback via phone and email to inform product development and
marketing strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive
understanding of industry trends and advancements in the therapeutic
areas through ongoing training.
- Manage customer records meticulously to
ensure optimal account management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma any
science/business related course.
- At least two years of experience as
Telesales agent in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Strong understanding of medical
terminologies and disease states.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with
healthcare professionals remotely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
