Responsibilities:
- Implement the change management framework
and processes, and support business units to ensure compliance in
implementing change initiative.
- Develop appropriate Change Management
metrics that will measure the effectiveness of the Bank’s Change
initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on
issues pertinent to organizational effectiveness and change management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including
the Strategy Function to ensure the business case for change is clearly
defined and documented.
- Deliver timely change management
strategies to sustain high levels of employee engagement and commitment to
new initiatives.
- Ensure adoption of change initiatives and
new ways of working across the Group, benefits realization, value
creation, ROI and the achievement of desired outcomes.
- Manage, coordinate and track
organizational culture programmes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners in
supporting divisions, regions and branches to embed culture programmes.
- Coordinate the implementation of
Organization Health Index (OHI) Surveys in liaison with HR Business
Partners and Business Units, cascade results, develop action plans and
track successful implementation to enhance employee experience and
improvement of work environment.
Qualifications:
The
preferred candidate will meet the following minimum criteria:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a
Business-related field from a recognized university. A Master’s degree
will be an added advantage.
- Certification in Human Resource such as
CHRP or Change Management Certification.
- At least 6 years work experience in HR
Change Management and Organizational Culture Management.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Ability to liaise with all levels of
management and subject matter experts across the industry and within the
organization to drive adoption of Change Management initiatives.
