Job purpose
The
Office Support Assistant will be responsible for overall upkeep and
cleanliness of the office by ensuring maintenance of high levels of hygiene
under general guidance from the Administration Officer.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Carrying out general upkeep and
cleanliness of all areas of the office, including fixtures and furniture.
- Maintaining office hygiene at 100%
at all times, while meeting health & safety requirements.
- Reporting any damages for repair.
- Maintenance of relevant records in
housekeeping and hospitality, including routine work schedule.
- Undertake hospitality duties
including tea preparation for the staff within the office.
- Assist in routine office work such
as photocopying documents, dispatching and receiving of letters and
parcels.
- Maintenance of supplies and
equipment within the offices.
- Timely opening and closing of the
office.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel
Management or any relevant field.
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.
- At least 1 year of experience working in
housekeeping or hospitality.
- Pleasant personality, excellent
communication and time management skills.
- Able to listen, multi-task and flexible.
