Position Summary:
The
Officer shall be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Lenana
Restaurant and ensuring excellent customer service by managing the inventory,
training and supervising the staff, and maintaining a positive, safe, and
welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage or
Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant
Manager or similar role for more than one year
- Proven customer service experience as a
manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
- Strong organizational and time-management
skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work
under pressure
- Knowledge of inventory management and
experience creating schedules
- Ability to manage and motivate staff
- Experience with budgeting and financial
planning is a plus
- Acute financial management skills
