IT Sales Representative Job in Kenya

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Representative to join our team in Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT products and services to businesses and individuals in Kenya. The IT Sales Representative will need to have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information
  • Prepare and submit proposals and quotes to customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Must be willing to travel within Kenya as needed
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong bias or experience in selling training courses is highly desired
