The role

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing relationships with corporates and with insurance providers in order to increase the Ilara Health portfolio of clients. The successful candidate has great networking and negotiation skills, is target driven and has a strong background in corporate sales in the healthcare sector. The Corporate Sales Manager will be planning their own activities according to the targets to be met with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Create sales pitch and materials to achieve your targets
  • Organize and conduct meetings and events with corporate representatives to present Ilara Health products
  • Work with team on a marketing plan to achieve company targets 
  • Ensure sales are conducted in accordance with documented processes and procedures
  • Create strong connections with clients and adapt the product to their needs to increase sales
  • Ensure Ilara Health is impaneled with the major insurance providers in Kenya

Qualifications

  • A strong B2B sales background is paramount, with a minimum of 3 years experience working with insurance providers.
  • Knowledge of clinical laboratory science is a plus.
  • Excellent comprehension of the Kenyan healthcare landscape.
  • Tech-savvy with a good command of G-suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fast learner with proven excellent B2B sales skills.
  • Initiator and goal-oriented (going above and beyond to achieve set targets with minimum supervision).
  • Strong communication skills and networking skills, with a rich portfolio of clients in the healthcare and insurance sectors.
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to speak English and Swahili fluently.
