We are looking to hire a system Admin/ Front Office Intern to be able to Monitor the HRMIS and help in the back
office support of the same.
Responsibilities:

Ensure the system is running
smoothly.
·
Continually updating the system and
dealing with clients queries.
·
Provide back office system support to
clients.
·
Assist in running the social Media.
·
Ensuring that proper Filling is done
and all records maintained.
·
Assist with front office duties.
·
Prepare Internal Requisition form to
support the procurement process.
·
Assist in coordinating interviews.
·
Welcome guests and direct them to the
necessary department.
·
Help in trouble shooting of the
Systems.
·
Understand the customer need and
establish our proposed solution as the best
Requirements:
·
Degree in computer science, IT or
related field.
·
2+ years’ experience in the relevant
field.
·
In depth knowledge of IT and System
Administration.
·
Solid oral, written, presentation and
interpersonal communication skills.
·
Client Focused management skills
