Network Support Technician

Scope: Reporting to the Information Communication and Technology Manager.
Qualifications
·         Age 28 – 35 years
·         3 years minimum working experience.

·         A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject.
·         Professional Qualifications in A+, N+, MCSE, Linux Certification and Web design Certification.
·         Experience in and Knowledge of hardware and hardware configurations.
Responsibilities
·         Ensuring consistent accessibility of the Network to users and infrastructure optimization.
·         Assisting users on the internet usage.
·         Troubleshooting network equipment when broken down.
·         Checking and updating of Warranty status on ICT equipment.
·         Allocates users usernames and passwords.
·         Liase with service providers regarding services of network failure.
·         Ensures quick response to calls from users.
·         Secure all the server stations and firewalls.

Legal Assistant
HR/LA/002/2019 (2 POSTS)
Scope: Reporting to the Corporation Secretary. The Legal Assistant shall assist and participate in giving legal advice to the Management .
Qualifications
·         Diploma in Law
·         Age 22 – 35 years
·         Should be computer literate.
·         Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a reputable organization/Law firm.
·         Current certificate of Good Conduct.
Responsibilities
·         Drafting Legal documents and advise the Corporation on Legal aspects
·         Manage Legal documentation and preparation of legal opinions
·         Filling and service of Legal documents
·         Handle all correspondences from external lawyers.

Legal Officer II
HR/LO/001/2019 (I POST)
Scope: Reporting to the Corporation Secretary. The Legal Officer shall be responsible for providing professional legal advice to the Management .
Qualifications
·         Age 28 – 35 years
·         Bachelor’s of Law degree from a recognized University.
·         An advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
·         Diploma in Law (Kenya School of Law).
·         Certified Public Secretary (K) qualification will be an added advantage.
·         Should be computer literate.
·         Should have a minimum of 2 years post-admission or hands-on experience in a reputable organization/Law firm.
·         Current practising certificate
·         Current certificate of good conduct
Responsibilities
·         Responsible for all matters relating to conveyance and litigation of the Corporation.
·         Drafting of agreements, contracts, leases and maintaining records of such transactions.
·         Liaising with external legal Advocates on legal matters affecting the Corporation.
·         Verifying all contracts, agreements, leases in which the Corporation enters into to ensure compliance.
·         Representing the Corporation on Legal issues.
·         Instituting legal procedures in debt collection.
·         Advising the Corporation on legal aspects of administrative matters

Marketing Officer
HR/MO/008/2019
Scope.Reporting to the Marketing Manager administratively but on day to day operations to the manager supervising the marketing function in that area. The Marketing Officer shall be responsible for identifying developing new markets and formulating marketing strategies and plans that meet the objectives of the marketing function.
Qualifications
·         Age 25 – 35 years.
·         Bachelors degree with a Diploma in marketing.
·         3 years minimum experience in Marketing agricultural commodities/products.
·         Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
·         Should have the qualities of go-getter, persuasive and negotiating abilities, coupled with self drive.
·         Membership in Chartered Institute of Marketing or Marketing Society of Kenya, an added advantage.
Responsibilities
·         Identifying and developing new markets for Corporation products and services while sustaining and enhancing the existing ones.
·         Generating marketing and sales reports and analyzing them objectively.
·         Generating sales and marketing promotional techniques.
·         Participating in the preparation of marketing budgets and sale forecasts.
·         Making follow-ups on new customers and liaising with already acquired ones on regular basis.
·         Assist the Marketing Manager and the marketing team in spearheading marketing activities towards achieving marketing goals and objectives.

Security Manager

Scope.Reporting to the Managing Director. Shall be incharge of the Corporation’s security
Department and functions including physical security, safety of employees, facilities and assets.
Qualifications
·         Age 30 – 50 years
·         5 years experience in Senior Security Management or similar position
·         Bachelors degree and relevant training in Security Management
·         Work experience in the Disciplined Forces an added advantage.
·         Shall have ability to carry out investigations.
·         Must have current Certificate of Good Conduct, CRB, KRA Compliance, EACC, HELB
·         Ability to write good reports and findings from investigations.
·         Should be a person of unquestionable integrity.
Responsibilities
·         Developing, reviewing and implementing Security policies and standard operating procedures.
·         Ensuring that all the assets and property of the organization are safeguarded against destruction, misuse and loss.
·         Developing and implementing security systems and strategies that effectively deal with security risks / situations in the region.

·         Making regular reports and recommendations to management on security issues in the region.
·         Responding to emergencies, threats, intrusions as per emergency.
·         Coordinating Security operations or activities in the Corporation with Public Law enforcement and other agencies.

Secretary II

Qualifications

Qualifications
·         Age 25 – 35 years.
·         Diploma in Applied Biology.
·         Certificate in Laboratory Practices (optional).

·         1 year minimum working experience in a Semen Laboratory.
Responsibilities
·         Carry out Semen photometering and recording
·         Carry out semen dilution and recording
·         Printing of straws.
·         Semen freezing
·         Cleaning glassware and sterilization
·         Packing of semen orders and recording
·         Uploading semen data in computer
·         Semen data collection and analysis
·         Semen packaging and dispatch
