Our client is a wholesale and retail
Auto parts outlet, located in Nairobi. They seek to hire a highly motivated
Shop Attendant to serve the company’s clients and offer exemplary customer
service to retain clients.
Responsibilities
·
Create rapport with clients to foster
repeat business
·
Offering support and advice to
clients on various product available
·
Collecting revenue and accounting for
all shop merchandise and inventory
·
Keeping abreast of emerging trends in
the industry and reporting competitor activity
·
Updating customer information and
contacts in the company database
·
Collaborate with sales staff to
monitor active purchase orders and ensure timely dispatch
·
Promptly report any inventory or
services issues to management
Qualifications
·
Diploma in Marketing, Accounts or
equivalent
·
At least 1-2 years of working
experience in a busy retail shop
·
Excellent communication and time
management skills
·
Team player who can inspire and
positively contribute the company culture
·
Positive attitude, team spirit and
flexibility
·
