manuscripts to meet set standards

Co-ordinate activities of
typesetters, designers and illustrators and other suppliers to meet agreed upon
production schedules;

Develop and design books and
materials to create attractive products;
·
Prepare project proposals for
presentation to management for decision making;
·
Assess manuscripts and prepare
manuscript assessment reports;
·
Co-ordinate the copyediting process

Responsibilities
·
Provide legal opinion and updates to
Management on legal issues affecting the Bureau;
·
Participate in legal audit to ensure
compliance with statutory requirements;
·
Undertake legal research on the tasks
assigned under the legal section;
·
Compilation of litigation reports,
debt collection reports and any other reports.
·
Prepare documents for instituting and
defending of legal suits in liaison with external advocates;
·
Prepare legal drafts, leases, formal
agreements and other legal instruments between the Bureau and third parties;
·
Responsible for ensuring that the
company’s intellectual property is protected and up to date.
·
Manage contracts to ensure that KLB’s
