Customer Relationship Executive Job in Kenya

Our client, a private Taxi fleet company based in Nairobi is looking for a Client Relationship Executive.

This position manages all clientele and ensures all their needs are met. It is responsible for overseeing all the reservations, allocation and client experience.
This position also has a component of Sales.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for all handling all vehicle reservations
·         Efficiently allocate drivers to clients keeping in mind costs and distances
·         Reducing vehicle idle time and ensuring capacity is maximised
·         Conducts daily fleet checks
·         Liaising with customers via email, phone and face-to-face
·         Handling customer feedback, both good and bad
·         Creating vehicle schedules and timetables
·         Follow up on and collect outstanding payments
·         Prepare minutes for meetings
·         Acquisition of new clients – Sales
·         Ensure the company gets repeat business

·         Find opportunities to upsell
·         Involved in marketing initiatives

·         Excellent Microsoft suite skills especially Ms Excel
