Key Responsibilities

Position
Function: Reporting to the Head Internal Audit,
the ICT Systems Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that there are
adequate internal controls in the systems, adequate protection of data and
maintenance of data integrity.

Responsibilities

Prepare and Execute the implementation
of the Information Systems Audit plan to ensure that risks are clearly
identified and propose adequate Control Measures.

Draw up audit programmes and
procedures for the assignments.

Carry out Audits on operating

Position
Function: Reporting to the office of the
Manager, Financial Accounting and Reporting, the position is accountable for
monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances between the
reporting system and other Banks’s operating systems, coaching of finance
staff, approval of payment vouchers, signing of cheques, online payments and
checking of reconciliation schedules.

Harmonize Transitorial Accounts, Cash
Accounts and Bank Accounts.

Reconcile Depositors Liability of the
Bank.

Provide and maintain transaction
codes complete with correct General Ledger and Mapping when new transactions

Position
Function: Reporting to the office of the
Manager, Treasury and Investments, the position is accountable for providing
timely and accurate reconciliation reports, management of settlements on money
transfer services, mobile phone service providers, sub-agents and managing of
credit card accounts.
The position is responsible for
ensuring that the Bank optimizes on commissions and fees earned from the
services.
Key
Responsibilities

Ensure settlements of money
transfers, mobile phone service providers, sub-agents and visa card merchants
are made on timely basis.

Coordinate agency activities, i.e.
settlements, responding to queries, routine checks with the service providers
as per the Service level agreements (SLA.)

as per the signed contract and due dates.
