Bachelor’s degree in Business related field or social sciences.
·
Professional
qualification in Sales & Marketing or any other marketing professional
qualification an added advantage
·
At
least 4 years working experience in a similar role – preferably in a
microfinance/bank/insurance/ or related sector.
·
Over
25 years
·
Good
in using Microsoft office applications- word, excel, publisher and PowerPoint
·
Must
have people management skills
·
Should
demonstrate ability to maintain key accounts for the clients
·
Able
to conduct in house training for the sales team
·
Must
have good problem solving skills
·
Ability
to effectively manage and lead a large sales team
·
Must
be result oriented- able to meet set targets on weekly and monthly basis
·
Develop
and sustain customer loyalty and retention programs within the assigned branch.
·
Ability
to demonstrate sound decision making and judgment capabilities, integrity,
resilience and self-driven.
·
Work
requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal
skills.
·
Ability
to communicate and interact with people from diverse background.

Able to work long hours
