Our client in dairy industry is urgently
looking for a Personal Assistant to
join their dedicated team.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities
·
Arranging
travel, visas and accommodation and, take notes or dictation at meetings or
provide general assistance during presentations and meetings.
·
Attending
to visitors at all levels of seniority, organizing and maintaining diaries and
making appointments for the CEO.
·
Dealing
with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO.
·
producing
documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
·
Organizing
and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings,
liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
·
Organizing
events and conferences
·
Implementing
and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Academic qualification, Experience &
Personal Attributes:
·
Minimum
Diploma/HND in: Business Administration, Management and Secretarial studies.
·
Exceptional
written and oral communication skills.
·
Excellent
word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software
packages.
·
Ability
to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
·
Good
organizational and time management skills.
·
Ability
to research, digest, analyses and present material clearly and concisely;
·
Excellent
interpersonal skills.
·
Ability
to work on own initiative;
·
Honest
and reliable.
·
Attention
to detail.
·
Flexibility
and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours
to meet deadlines.
·
Discretion
and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
