We are inviting candidates for the following positions:
 
1. Regional Business Analyst (Regional Office - Nairobi) 
1 Position
 
The Regional Business Analyst (RBA) supports the Regional Finance Manager in providing financial leadership and management in the region, champion innovation in business processes and ensure effective financial information system is maintained all times. 

The RBA also directs the regional Office’s accounting, treasury, financial and internal control practices/systems working closely with the Plan Kenya Shared Services. 


The maintenance of its financial records and the preparation of its financial reports. This role further supports the Regional Finance Manager (RFM) to implement global and regional financial strategies.
 
2. Global Assurance (Regional Office)
1 Position
 
The role will be expected to lead a Regional team in providing assurance to Senior Management and the International Board on key processes and controls at Country, Regional or Global level as well as respond to the changing assurance needs of Plan International as the organization implements the new global strategy.
 
KENYA COUNTRY POSITIONS:
 
3. Area Manager (Nairobi Office) 
1 Position
 
This role is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the relevant Hub operations and oversight of all programs implemented within their area of responsibility. 

The incumbent will ensure programs are effectively implemented according to the Country Strategy (CS) and in line and with Plan’s purpose, values and behaviours.

S/he will be the principle on the ground representative of Plan Kenya in the County (ies) of operation, and will ensure Plan’s visibility and participation within the County and area of operation by facilitating appropriate collaboration, networks and partnerships.
 
4. Project Officer (Homa Bay Office) 
1 Position
 
Reporting to the Program Manager, this position is required to develop work plans, implement, monitor and report on how girls and boys including children with disabilities attend schools that provide safe and healthy learning environments and offer relevant and inclusive curriculum. 

S/he will be accountable for the management of the project budgets.
