Brief Description: Reporting to Senior Manager Application Development, the developer shall build and customize applications, systems and interfaces to support internal process and business departments. 

The developer will interact with third party service providers as well as other internal IT units. 

The developer must demonstrate a strong understanding of and high regard for ubiquitous computing solutions (mobile and web) including multichannel systems integrations for business delivery for both bank corporate and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:
·                     Design and develop solutions for Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Agency Banking systems and other alternative channels.
·                     Interact closely with business owners and other key stakeholders to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements.
·                     Develop Systems and Interfaces using alternative Technologies to drive business.
·                     Accountable for development and timely delivery of quality software applications throughout a software project cycle.
·                     Work with EBM Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) for service orchestration and systems integration.
·                     Development and customization of T24 Core Banking System to meet business needs.
·                     Work closely with Enterprise Architecture and Software Quality Assurance teams to ensure adherence to enterprise solution design principles and software quality design and implementation standards.
·                     Perform functional and system Integration tests and play a key role in facilitating User acceptance tests (UATs) throughout the UAT cycles.
·                     Work closely with IT Risk and Security to incorporate information systems security design and development principles to ensure that the applications are well secured and mitigate any risks exposure.
·                     Understands the necessity of and contributes to software programming standards.   
Qualifications:

For the above position, the successful applicant should meet the following criteria:
·                     A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any Information Technology related field
·                     Professional Java and Oracle certifications are desirable.
·                     Minimum experience in:
1.           Building Java Enterprise Applications and Systems Integrations - 5 years
2.           Oracle Database programming using PLSQL– 3 years
Skills and Knowledge:
·                     Broad understanding of software engineering principles and secure software development methodologies.
·                     Knowledge of SQL scripting with relational databases and experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
·                     Knowledge in T24 Core Banking System development is desirable
·                     Thorough Understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) paradigms including Agile Software Development Process
·                     Experience in developing of Mobile & Web application and  integrations
·                     Creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to software related problems.

Job Title: Manager, IT Networks Infrastructure Security & Integration Support

Brief Description: To provide technical support to Network Infrastructure services in line with business needs through integration, configuration, administration and management of Network Infrastructure elements across the Bank’s Enterprise Network while ensuring high availability and a secure data network for delivery of business services. 

Also, supervises and manages the perimeter security implementations which are necessary to achieve an optimal level of security for the Bank’s computer network.

In addition to Network administration, the position holder is the professional tasked with the management of the security elements across the Bank’s Enterprise computer Network infrastructure working, individually or as part of a team to deliver a high level security of security posture.

Also, supervises and manages the perimeter security implementations which are necessary to achieve an optimal level of security in the Bank’s computer network. 

The position holder also communicates with the other professionals to ensure that security posture polices are applied on the bank’s computer network infrastructure.
   
Detailed Description   
   
The detailed responsibilities include:-    
·                     Establishing periodic reviews to the Bank's IT Network's security posture taking into account the prevention criteria and techniques which are necessary to ensure that the perimeter security is hardened against the security attacks/incidents.
·                     In liaison with IT Risk and Security unit, ensure proper implementation of infrastructure security and disaster recovery management practices.
·                     Review and recommend emerging technologies and other value and other value-added services in line with best industry practice to support   business growth while on a secure network infrastructure.
·                     Employ innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency in business processes for reduced cost-income ratio.
·                     Work closely with enterprise architecture unit to ensure adherence of new services / systems to internal and industry standards and best practice.
·                     Management of SLAs with service providers for optimum service provision.
·                     Up to date documentation of drawings of systems architecture
·                     Develop a framework for introduction of new integrations and decommissioning of retired or discontinued network infrastructure elements
Job Requirements 
 
Academic Qualifications:
·                     Bachelor’s Science Degree in IT or Engineering.
Professional Qualifications:

The candidate MUST be at least certified in Cisco Certified Network Associate – Security (CCNA Security). 

Additionally the candidate should possess at least one of the following security certifications:  Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISSP; Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC); Certification in Checkpoint Security such as CCSA, or CCSE or CCMSE

Working Experience


The candidate must have at least 4 years working experience in a busy enterprise network infrastructure environment, preferably a financial institution or a carrier grade telecommunications firm.   

The breakdown of the experience should at least have:
·                     At least 4 years in administering and configuration of Switching and routing infrastructure and administration of network security (Perimeter appliance firewalls and application gateways)
·                     At least 2 years in administering in configuring and managing IP telephony, voice and video systems and infrastructure.
·                     At least 2 year experience in Service Level L Agreement (vendor management)
·                     Track record in successful I.T project management
·                     Possess good analytical and communications skills as well as exposure in  Customer Service experience
Added Advantage:

Certification in any of the following:-
·                     Certification on ITIL
·                     Cyber Security Certification (CSX)
·                     Certification in VMware virtualization technologies (VCP).
