Our client in Limuru is looking to
fill the position of an admin.
Accommodation and food will be
provided.
Salary: KShs 12,000
Responsibilities
·
Set up and maintain efficient
Administrative electronic and physical filing system, programming files,
statutory records, suppliers’ contracts, and other general correspondence.
·
Conducting general follow ups to
clients who show interest in our services to ensure to ensure eventual uptake
of services
·
Perform secretarial duties given by
management.
·
Manage stores, petty cash and office
stationery.
·
Manage and supervise staff.
·
Resolve administrative problems by
identifying and communicating solutions.
·
Ability to enter data into the
system.
·
Taking costs.
Qualifications
·
Certificate in Administration
·
Experience in Administration.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications.
·
Excellent communication skills.
·
Good planning and organizational
skills.
·
Good interpersonal and Customer care
skills.
·
Aggressive and outgoing personality.
AGE- 22-28
STATUS- SINGLE
