1. General Manager Assistant

Reporting to the Directors
 
The candidate shall be responsible for the overall running of all the retail store Branches. 
 
The candidate is expected to manage everything from checking inventory to disciplining and training employees to deciding which products to stock on display.  

They shall ensure that all the stores are performing well, that customers are satisfied, and that subordinates are productive.
 
They also are responsible for selecting, training, and coaching staff members. 
 
He or She must posses Team leadership skills,  integrity and accountability. 
 
They shall liaise with the Customer Relations Assistant to resolve any customer problems and handle customer complaints.
 
They shall liaise with the Marketing Manager to ensure that all outlets meet the set sales targets, plan store sales strategies, analyse sales data, and work to expand sales.  
 
They shall work with the Accounts department to oversee the payroll
 
They will also steer head and plan store layout and displays to simplify customer shopping and promote products.

2. Graphics Designer

Reporting to the General Manager & Directors
 

The Graphics designer will be charged with the duty of creating  visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. 
 
He or She will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and online sales / whatsap images.
 
The shall work closely with the Marketing Assistant to plan and design Sale / Marketing material.

3. Marketing Assistant

Reporting to the General Manager & Directors 
 

The marketing assistant will be involved  in planning and executing marketing campaigns for Store 66 products.  
 
He / She will be working with the General Manager to design Marketing campaigns and Sales strategies.  
 
The candidate will have the responsibility of coming up with the Calendar of events (sales and promos) together with the General Manager Asst.
 
He or she will carry out Market research, hold sales campaigns, evaluate and analyse the campaign success 
 
Execute strategies to increase online traffic and interest in collaboration with the Graphic designer.
 
Monitor Store 66 online / social media presence.
 
He / She will be expected to oversee photo shoots or attend trade fairs and exhibitions
 
The candidate should be flexible and responsive to the changing demands of this fast-paced industry.

4. Sales / Customer Relations

Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant.
 
The candidate duty shall be to sell Store 66 merchandise at the retail outlets.
 
He / She should be must be friendly and enjoy working among other people. 
 
Must possess excellent Communication and interpersonal skills 
 
Must possess a neat presentation  

From time to time the Sales Assistant may order new items and plan for the repair of damaged goods.
