Our client, a HR and
Recruitment firm is looking to hire a confident, enthusiastic HR Recruitment
Assistant to join them.
- Managing all
recruitment activity in a fast past environment, responding to
applications & queries and arranging interviews accordingly
- Providing
administrator support to all members of the team, including diary
management, formatting, editing documents, reports and managing email
correspondence
- Posting adverts
on job boards and completing telephone screenings
- Responsible for
communicating processes to starters
- Maintaining
probation reviews
- Conducting exit
interviews
- Ad-hoc HR
projects
To be considered for this
exciting Recruitment Assistant position you will need the following Key
Qualifications / Experience:
- Interest to
work in recruitment
- Ability to
multi-task in a fast paced, demanding work environment
- Strong
analytical and communication skills
- Highly
organized, detail orientated with a strong ability to prioritize for effective
time management
- Advanced skills
with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Outlook)
