RTI is currently seeking multiple staff for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) funded Kenya Youth Employment and Skills Program (K-YES) in Kenya that aims to enhance employability of Kenyan youth (Ages 18-35) for increased wage and self-employment, for underemployed youth who have not completed secondary school.
The K-YES is a 5 year activity that will result in increased workforce competitiveness in the sectors targeted by this program.
Program Officer 2 – (Assistant County Youth Workforce Development Coordinator)

Based in Kericho
The Assistant County Youth Workforce Development Coordinator will assist the County Youth Workforce Development Coordinator in managing all K-YES County program activities, including program implementation and submission of all county financial and narrative reports.
Qualifications:
Relevant Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience or Bachelor degree and 6 years of experience.
The experience should be in Youth Workforce Development Programmes and implementing of USAID funded projects.
Local knowledge of County will be an added advantage. Host county locals are encouraged to apply.
