We are seeking highly motivated professionals to fill the following positions:

Department: Food & Beverage

Below is a summary description detailing positions and person specifications:
 
1. F&B Service Supervisor

The successful candidate should have a strong ethic, be responsible for restaurant operations per their designation and ensuring high standards level are met. 

S/he should hold a Diploma in Hotel / F&B management with minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in the hospitality industry. 

S/he will assist the F&B Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the Food & Beverage department, including the restaurant and bar.

S/he will also assist proactively with cost controls, revenue enhancement, profit improvement opportunities and safeguarding of the club’s assets.
 
2. Cook

The position is responsible for preparing and serving food; verifying quality of food and supplies; and maintaining kitchen and other related facilities in a hygienic and safe condition.

The suitable candidate will be required to have a diploma in Food production from a recognized established culinary training educational institute or Certificate in Food Production have up to 2 years’ experience working in a similar role. 

S/he should have an understanding of and able to comply consistently with the standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
 
3. Head Steward

The suitable candidate will be required to have a Certificate in House Keeping or its equivalent, with two years’ experience working in a similar role. 

S/he responsible for managing the Stewarding team to ensure a well-run food and beverage back-of-house operation. 

This will include proper maintenance of all operating equipment, compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, and compliance with environmentally-friendly initiatives.
 
4. Steward

The suitable candidate will offer support in the day to day operations of the kitchen by ensuring a clean and workable kitchen area at all times by scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and miscellaneous items. 

S/he will be required to have a minimum Form IV Certificate; up to one-year experience working in a similar role.
 
5. Head Waiter

The suitable candidate will be required to have a relevant Diploma preferred in Food Service or Restaurant Management with at least 2 years’ experience in food service leadership. 

He/ she will be responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling and overseeing services to the restaurant. 

He should possess the ability to read, comprehend follow menus, operate the point-of-sale register system and Observe principles of safe food handling and service.
 
6. Waiter / Waiteress

The suitable candidate will be responsible for contributing to overall guests’ satisfaction by ensuring that all the food and beverages ordered by Members/guests are served correctly as per the laid down standard procedures. 

S/he will also be charged with ensuring Restaurant areas are clean, tidy and set up. 

S/he should have relevant certificate especially in Food Service or restaurant management and at least one (1) year experience in food service. 

S/he must be proactive, organized, have excellent time management skills and a sense of urgency with high energy levels. 

S/he must be presentable, possess interpersonal skills, flexible and possess relevant computer applications.

7. Bartender

The suitable candidate will be responsible for offering quick, efficient and friendly services to members at the bars as well as preparing beverage orders received from the restaurants. 

He/ she should have a wide scope of beverage knowledge and be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. 

S/he should posses’ ability to stay guest focused, provide an excellent guest drinking experience and operate the point-of-sale register system. 

The candidate should have a Diploma/Certificate in F&B service with minimum 3 years’ experience as a bartender and waiter and possess excellent knowledge of and serving drinks with knowledge of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, in-mixing, garnishing and food pairings

8. Glasshand

The suitable candidate will be responsible for keeping the bar stocked with all the supplies required in the bar and maintain cleanliness. 

S/he should hold a Certificate in F&B service with minimum one year working experience in a similar role. 

S/he should be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.
 
9. Public Area Attendant

The suitable candidates will clean assigned public areas and ensure they remain clean, orderly, attractive areas i.e. Restaurants, Conference rooms, Corridors Areas Public Areas Washrooms and Path ways. 

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
