Project Officer - Community Education and
Behaviour Change
Ref: Nawiri, PO/2016
(1 Position Siaya)
The position holder will be part of a
dynamic team responsible for implementing interventions aimed at improving
maternal infant and young child nutrition (MIYCN) including nutrition of women
of reproductive age in Siaya County.
The role holder will be responsible
for coordinating sensitization and mobilization of communities for increased
access to MIYCN, capacity building of CSOs and MoH staff in MIYCN, advocacy for
political commitment and evidence building on effective nutrition sensitive and
nutrition specific.
Minimum requirements are a Bachelors
Degree in social sciences or its equivalent and at least three years of
relevant experience
Field Coordinator
Ref: Great, FC/2016
(4 positions: Kisumu, Kakamega,
Siaya, Homa Bay)
The position holder will be part of a
dynamic team responsible for provision of quality Clinical ASRH/HIV services to
young people especially the Marginalized and vulnerable youth.
The role holder reports to the
Project Manager and will be part of a team responsible for management of
clinical ASRH services in the clinic and other community based service delivery
points within the area of operation.
The minimum requirements are a
Diploma in Clinical Medicine or Diploma in Nursing (KRCHN), three years’
experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health programming and service provision,
excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Project Coordinator

(1 position: Homa Bay)
The role holder reports to the
Project Manager and will be part of a dynamic team responsible for Planning,
implementing, monitoring and evaluation of project performance.
He/She will provide logistical and
operational support to the project staff and volunteers for effective
implementation of the project activities and recruit project volunteers using
appropriate tools.
The minimum requirements are Diploma
in Social Work/Community Development, three years’ experience in youth
programming and working with communities.
Project Accountant

Reporting to the Project Coordinator
the role holder is responsible for ensuring that financial policies and
procedures are upheld at clinic level, prepare and submit accurate and timely
donor reports and statutory reports.
The minimum requirements are CPA II
and three years of relevant experience.
Youth Centre Co-ordinator
Ref: Core, YCC/2016
(1 position Nairobi)
Reporting to the Project Manager the post holder will be responsible for championing the provision of sexual and reproductive health services, rights, and the empowerment of young people.
The minimum requirements are Diploma
in Social Work / Community Development, or its equivalent and at least three
years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in coordinating
youth projects will be an added advantage.
