Laico Regency Hotel, Nairobi is one of the leading hotels in a group of 12 high end hotels operating in Africa. 

In the last 9 months it has been undergoing refurbishment and is relaunching itself into a fairly competitive market. 

Hence, the need to reposition itself with, among other initiatives, an outfit of professionally qualified and experienced personnel as follows:
 

Director of Sales
  • A highly motivated candidate with at least a university degree in the relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience in a 5-star hotel operation
  • A self start, focused and result oriented
  • A proven ability to inspire confidence within the sales team
  • Familiar with local and international markets
  • The emoluments will be competitive to include sales incentives
Sales Executives / Managers
  • A relevant university degree and/or proven extensive experience in a similar position
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position
  • Result driven in a highly competitive environment
  • Familiar with local market with a good portfolio of client base
  • Easy to work with others in a team
  • Willing to work in both geographical zones and/or clientele industrial segments
  • The emoluments will be competitive to include sales incentives
Director of Engineering
  • A University Degree from a reputable university or Higher National Diploma in electrical engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years in a similar position in a 4/5 star hotel or resort
  • Familiar with hotel operating equipment, plant and machinery with bias in preventive maintenance, repairs etc.
  • Good appreciation of local parts/spares and service providers
  • A proven ability to inspire confidence within the engineering team
  • The emoluments will be competitive
