Shop Manager –
2nd Hand Clothing
A
dynamic Chain of Clothing Retail Shop in Nairobi is looking to fill the
position of a Shop Manager.
The
ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, well presentable,
relevant management experience and experience working in a retail shop.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide
professional customer care to walk in clients in the showrooms.
- Aid
in selection, documentation and organize for deliveries if necessary and
after sale service.
- Manage
a team of shop assistant and would be responsible for organising work
schedules.
- Report
to the Retail Manager on the day to day activities of the branch.
- Review
own sales performance and strategize on how to make proper and effective
improvements.
- Gain
a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- Participate
in the ordering process both new and reordering process.
- Undertake
any such responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the
management.
Qualifications:
- Must
have a diploma.
- Must
have at least 2 years of working experience in a management Position.
- Must
have a minimum of 5 years retail experience.
- Must
have working experience in textile business.
- Must
be fluent in English and Kiswahili.
- Must
be computer literate.
- High
level of self-motivation, precision and commitment to results.
- Honest,
hard worker, helpful and result orientated personality.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 33,000 /= (Approx. 330
USD) Plus bonus on achieving KPI’s
