Qualifications


Certificate / Diploma in Front Office, Customer Care or Secretarial Studies
 
At least 1 year experience in similar position in a busy organization

Key Competencies
·                     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·                     Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
·                     Should be willing to work on flex time
·                     Should be neat and presentable with a pleasant personality
·                     Aged between 20 – 28 years
Duties and Responsibilities
·                     Answer all incoming calls and operate switchboard
·                     Route calls to the appropriate staff
·                     Greet visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and direct them to the appropriate staff
·                     Provide first positive image of MICATO SAFARIS
·                     Take and relay messages
·                     Maintain an up to date correspondences register of all outgoing calls
·                     Appropriately respond to public inquiries
·                     Maintain confidentiality in all correspondences and communications with the staff and other stakeholders
