Responsibilities
- Report to the Food and beverage manager and the General Manager
- Ability to manage staff, analyze recipes, menu engineering and controls to ensure maximum production at minimum production cost.
- Demonstrate high level of integrity and interpersonal skills.
- Prepares reports and brief the food and beverage manager.
- Can work under pressure and prepare meals of big number of members.
Qualifications
- A diploma from Kenya Utalii College or any other recognized institution (food Production)
- At least 5years working experience as a chef or sous chef in a three or four star catering outlet.
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of food and beverage controls and can prepare attractive and juicy menus
- Previous experience in a private members club will be an added advantage
