Stores Manager and Purchasing Officer Jobs in Kenya

We are a leading supplier of products to the hospitality industry within Kenya and The East African Region. We are looking to recruit highly motivated Kenyan individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Stores Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of accurate stock records as well as stores operations in line with company policy
  • Preparation of reports
  • Effectively co-ordinate the stock take process
  • Manage sub-ordinates in the department
  • Ensure security and safety in the Stores
Qualification and Personal Attributes

  • Degree from recognized institution/Dipolma in Stores Management
  • 3 years work experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Sage Pastel will be an added advantage
  • Be able to work under minimum supervision, possess organizations skills and have integrity as well.
2. Purchasing Officer
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure procurement is done within company policy
  • Accurately Maintain records
  • Sourcing for products efficiently and economically
Qualification and Personal Attributes
  • Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies from recognized institution
  • 3 years working experience
  • Knowledge of Sage Pastel will be an added advantage
  • Possess interpersonal and organization skills
