General Description
Oversee
the project and operation management. Steer a growing and exciting business and
help the organization reach its commercial goals and operating targets. The
person will be deployed to South Sudan.
Responsibilities:
Drive
smooth, effective and efficient operations in South Sudan
Lead
Business development initiatives to grow the Business in line Growth Targets
Manage
all sales and project operations to ensure timely closure
Manage
and ensure statutory compliance in all government regulatory in SSD
Drive
negotiations to ensure profitable Sales are achieve in line with Business
Objectives.
Drive an
innovation culture developing value proposition for the various Market segments
Evaluate
and optimize operations to drive operating costs down ensuring cost-
effectiveness in SSD Operations
Manage
the Telecom infrastructure and Power maintenance projects
Ensure
operations and business delivery is in line with the Balanced Score card
Coordinate,
manage and track team members and activities to ensure we are delivering our
goals effectively and efficiently.
Ensure
occupational, health and Safety practices are followed
Report on
Business and Operations performance every 15th day of the month or as advised
by the GM-MS
Shall
ensure optimal use of project resources – people, tools and field fleet
Ensure
continuous Service Performance improvement
Spare
parts management
Customer
management
Ensure
quality deployment and integration of new infrastructure as well as equipment
Enforce
compliance to HSE rules for safe working environment and personal safety
Lead,
train, and develop all Supervisors, Technicians, and fueling teams in a manner
that ensures optimum performance.
Analyze
operations reports, identify performance issues, and recommend/implement
corrective actions.
Any other
related duty as may be assigned by your supervisor
Minimum
education qualifications
Must have
a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Degree in Mechanical
Engineering
At least
5 years work experience
Registered
Engineer and PMP Certification is an added advantage
