Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing Bliss Healthcare’s presence on various social media platforms, engaging with customers, and providing timely assistance and support. The primary focus will be on maintaining a positive brand image, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and fostering community engagement through proactive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement and Support:

Interact with customers on social media platforms in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely fashion, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring resolution and followup.

Proactively seek opportunities to engage with customers, initiate conversations, and build relationships.

Content Creation and Curation:


Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and posts, aligned with Bliss Healthcare’s brand voice and marketing objectives.

Curate relevant and valuable content from external sources to share with our social media audience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and conversion.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and sentiment using analytics tools.

Generate regular reports on social media performance, highlighting trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Utilize datadriven insights to optimize social media strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction
